Are you an IT enthusiast, a French speaker, and do you enjoy providing technical support?

Key responsibilities:

  • Reply to queries as the 1st point of contact
  • Identify technical issues
  • Ensure user needs are met
  • Record technical issues
  • Escalate more complex issues
  • Accept inbound telephone calls and emails
  • Provide an excellent customer experience
Requirements
  • Command of English and French (C1)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant Experience (1 year)
  • Problem solving skills
