Job description:

  • support service delivery management team
  • managing Service Level Agreement documents
  • ensure compliance with the service level management process
  • prepare presentations for service performance reviews with customers
  • analyze incident and support request trends
  • analyze customers’ feedback
  • reporting

Longterm cooperation for 20 hours/week.

Start: immediately

Location: Prague 4 (near Chodov metro station)

Salary: 150 CZK/hour

Requirements
  • University student
  • fluent English (both verbal and written)
  • advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • presentation and organization skills
  • good communication skills (communication with managers)
  • flexibility
