Job description

Do you have previous experience with SalesForce Lightning?

Can you speak fluent English?

As Salesforce Support Specialist, your responsibilities will be:

  • Data Management
  • Preparing reports
  • Using Salesforce.com, Excel, PowerBI, and Tableau
  • Lead training sessions for different organizations and countries
  • Being a part of testing or developments in the company
  • Preparation of training materials
  • Administration support
  • Solving ad-hoc situations
Requirements
  • The knowledge of SalesForce Lightning is a must
  • Fluent in English (C1 level)
  • A proficient user of MS Office package (mainly Excel)
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Flexible person who likes to work in a team
  • Analytical mind
