Job description

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Support candidates during their recruitment process
  • Scheduling interviews and providing candidates with all the necessary information
  • Managing candidates’ data in internal databases
  • Processing travel expenses
  • Create and maintenance of purchase orders and monitoring of third party spend
  • Management of referrals
  • Support for the recruitment team
Requirements
  • Ideally 2 years of admin / HR experience
  • Command of English
  • Strong communications and presentation skills
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand data from multiple sources with ability to work in virtual teams and with remote stakeholders
