Job description

Do you speak fluent English and Dutch and have some relevant work experience in HR and recruitment?

Are you a communicative and motivated professional who wants to be a part of a large international company?

What will you do:

  • be in charge of completing the entire recruitment process for your allocated country
  • responsible for client hiring actions in accordance with market norms for diverse job profiles, as well as the agreed-upon talent acquisition method
  • sourcing, screening of candidates with other recruitment and talent acquisition processes
  • be in direct contact with other talent acquisition specialists
  • daily cooperation with your candidates and hiring managers
Requirements
  • more than 1-year work experience in a relevant field (customer service or operations delivery is a benefit)
  • at least several months of experience in recruitment or HR
  • Bachelor degree (HR-related degree is an advantage)
  • fluent in English and Dutch (orally, spoken, and written form)
  • brilliant communication skills
  • an advanced user of the MS Office package
  • being flexible and adaptable in the workplace
