Job tasks:

• Perform quality assurance tasks and identify root causes
• Communicate with internal and external teams to implement best processes
• Track performance at team and individual level
• Implement action plans to improve performance
• Supporting the whole EU region
• Reporting

The contract is for define period with possibility of prolongation.

Location: Prague or remotely anywhere from Czech republic

Salary: 240 CZK/h
