Job description

We are looking for a suitable candidate for the world's largest international oil and gas company with SSC in Prague.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • assistance in invoice processing which includes analyzing of invoices, following specific rules of taxation and re-calculation of invoices
  • filing documents, reconciling statements and maintaining data
  • work with database of clients and communication with them
  • daily processing of requests in internal system
  • preparation and verification of financial reports
  • work in SAP system
  • ad hoc tasks

Location: Prague 3 (metro station Flora)

Limited contract till December 2023

Working time: 40 hours/week

Requirements

We are seeking enthusiastic candidates with:

  • availability to work 40 hours/ week
  • active knowledge of English min. B2+
  • fluency in Italian , min. B2
  • analytical and logical thinking
  • communicative and detail oriented person,
  • accuracy or/and customer service mindset
  • experience from finance and administration
  • responsible attitude and eagerness to learn
