We are seeking an Onboarding Associate that will become a part of a fast-paced team

As the first point of contact for all new employees, your daily responsibilities will be:

  • Being first point of contact for all of the new employees
  • Manage the onboarding process for all candidates from the hiring stage through the end of the probationary period
  • Plan all onboarding materials and events
  • Compile and send all onboarding materials as well as needed documents to each new hire within the organization
Requirements
  • Fluency in English and German (spoken and written)
  • Other EU languages are perceived as a bonus
  • Ideally 1 year of experience in the HR department; same role is not needed
  • Extremely well developed communication skills and verbal delivery
  • MS office user
  • Pro-activity
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
