Job description

Are you an IT enthusiast, German speaker and do you enjoy providing technical support? What´s more? You can work from any place in the Czech Republic and on part-time!

Responsibilities:

  • Reply to queries related to hardware, software and networking
  • Support users with installing apps
  • Identify technical issues
  • Ensure user needs are met
  • Record technical issues
  • Escalate more complex issues
  • Participate in creating manuals
  • Provide excellent customer experience
  • You can perform this role remotely within Czech Republic.
Requirements
  • Command of English and German (C1)
  • Pro-activity
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A plus: Degree in Computer Sciencer or similar
  • A plus: Knowledge of network security and anti-virus
