Job description

Are you looking for an IT job? Do you have experience as a User support from an international company? Are you familiar with MS Windows 10 and have experience with networking in general? Do you speak English fluently? Then continue reading!

We are looking for a new colleague for an international company with a newly opened branch in Prague.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • providing IT user support to local and foreign offices
  • installing, configuration and maintaining standard PC software
  • assisting the technical staff in installing and deploying new hardware
  • being accountable for incident resolution and internal customer satisfaction

Lokalita: Praha - Palmovka

Nástup: March/April 2021

Requirements
  • Educational background
  • User support working experience in an international environment
  • experience with MS Windows 10 operating system management/maintenance and with networking in general (TCP/IP, DNS, WINS, DHCP)
  • Basic ITIL knowledge
  • Familiarity with Active Directory concepts
  • Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Server Family
  • Fluent English
