Job description

For our client, a rapidly growing IT company, we´re recruiting talents in the world of accounting.

You will foremost be engaged at intercompany accounting, reporting, and finance in their financial department.

You'll play a key role in ensuring the company’s month-end close process.

Responsibilities include:

  • Processing of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Check of daily invoices
  • Preparing, managing, and controlling journal entries
  • Monthly intercompany reconciliation
  • Delivering the month-end financial information
  • Preparing settlement for Treasury after confirmation within intercompany entities
  • Making financial statements
  • Conducting of accounting processes
  • Dealing with any inconsistencies
  • Managing the database
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
  • At least half a year of experience in Accounting/Finance (preferably within an international environment)
  • Fluency in English
  • Advanced MS Office skills (specifically Excel – VLOOK UP, SUM, IF, …)
  • Proactive attitude and analytical-oriented
