You will be working for an internationally successful company and your key responsibilities will be:

  • communicating in English and German with customers
  • being responsible for purchasing advice and support for customer regarding company products
  • using a company’s system to process orders
  • managing a portfolio of existing valuable clients and potential new clients
  • operating as a trouble-shooter and providing tech support
Requirements
  • at least 1,5+ years’ experience in customer service
  • fluent English and German – C1 (spoken and written form)
  • an advanced user of the MS office package (the knowledge of Navision and Zendesk is a big plus)
  • great interpersonal skills
  • have an eye for detail and the ability to face challenges
