Our client is a well-established, rapidly growing international company that is currently looking for a new member for their team. Right now they are looking for a Key Account Manager.
These will be your daily responsibilities:
- Customer Service Management of 30+ Customer Accounts
- Key Account management and contributing on potential growth of these accounts including their healthy state
- Customer care, creating relationships with customers and maintenance of these key relationships
- Determine possible areas for business growth.
- Proactive evaluation of internal KPIs to guarantee service excellence
- Organize efforts to achieve financial goals.
- Using key account KPIs, prepare periodical reports on progress and forecasts for internal stakeholders
- Propose and offer a customized solution, have a complete awareness of the important consumer wants and criteria.
- Deal with concerns and any issues consumers may have to preserve confidence
