Job description

What if you were trained from scratch a SAP module in order to master it independently and would become a technical consultant? You will resolve independently any technical issues raised by our customers.

  • Full-remote is not an issue!

You tasks:

  • Daily tasks in SAP, you will be providing SAP support to your colleagues and company employees
  • You will be taught in SAP on a daily basis, making you truly a SAP Specialist!
  • Ensure high standard of service
  • Resolve clients' queries while meeting SLA
  • Provide training to other users
  • Visit our customers' offices from time to time
Requirements
  • Command of English (B2) and German
  • Experience with Customer Service/Administration/Help-Desk is needed.
  • IT oriented, willing to grow in the field
  • Customer-orientation
  • Communication skills
  • Interest in SAP
  • Problem solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
