Your main responsibilities:

• Establish a consolidated vision of territory compliance risks and report
• Lead, manage and organize the Compliance function in the Territory and compliance business lines
• Develop and maintain a strong Compliance culture within the Territory
• Exercise delegated rights, and as well escalation and alert duties
• Aggregate and report risk on territory-specific issues and mitigation plan
• Establish and monitor a yearly Compliance training plan for staff
• Establish an appropriate governance to manage risk of non-compliance
