We are looking for a Group Tax manager!

Your main responsibilities:

• Ensuring compliance with tax legislation requirements in Group, covering all taxes, excluding payroll taxes
• Monitoring legislative developments and supporting the business in the preparation for the changes
• Clarifying the interpretation of the relevant legislation
• Leading tax projects
• Managing relationship between the business and the various tax authorities with which it interact
• Liaising with Group Tax Advisors to deliver tax compliant reporting and forecasts
• Communicating with the internal and external auditors and external advisors, suppliers and other parties
• Preparing tax related papers for the Board of directors and other stakeholders
• Maintaining Group and local transfer pricing documentation
• Annual calculation of effective tax for CZ statutory notes
