A successful international company is looking for suitable candidates for CUSTOMER SERVICE POSITIONS in Ostrava!

Your main tasks:

  • receiving phone calls and dealing with unexpected events
  • administrative activities
  • fulfillment of set goals (it is not about sales, but the quality of calls and customer satisfaction)
  • communication with departments in the company and external partners
Požadavky
  • high school education - graduation
  • very good knowledge of Polish and English language
  • no Czech language is needed
  • willingness to work on shifts from Monday to Sunday (morning, afternoon, night)
  • PC skills
  • excellent communication skills
